SHOPPING ONLINE WITH 'SWEETIELADY.CO.UK' You can order any of the products listed on our website. When placing an order on this website for a product or service as already described above ('order'), you are entering an agreement to buy and pay for it at the price stated including the postal costs, subject to these terms. Once your order is placed online, an automatically generated email will be sent to confirm we have received your order, there is no need to respond tothis email unless there are changes you wish to make, this can be done using the contact details on our FAQ page. Although you will receive this automatic confirmation email, a further email will be sent by us to confirm picking of the items, it is at this time you will be informed of picking details - this means the order has been passed to the warehouse for picking and despatch. If in the unlikely event that any of your order is out of stock, you will be notified at this time. This email will be deemed as acceptance of the order and a further despatch email will be sent when item(s) have been despatched to you. (It is not unusual to receive all three within a short space of time as we feel it is better to be well informed that not informed at all) ALL ORDERS WHICH ARE PLACED SEPERATELY WILL BE DEEMED AS SEPERATE ORDERS AND TREATED INDIVIDUALLY. THEREFORE POSTAGE COSTS WILL BE CHARGED SEPERATELY AND THE ORDERS WILL BE SENT OUT AS SEPERATE CONSIGMENTS.
We, sweetielady.co.uk, reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed, at our descretion if we feel it reasonable to do so, and we also reserve the right to discontinue or change the availability of any of the products at any time at our sole descretion. If we should happen to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued via the same means that it was paid. This does not affect your statutory rights. CANCELLATION OF ORDER - CHANGE OF MIND POLICY should you wish not to proceed with your order please contact us immediately so that we may cancel the order and prevent the despatch of the goods. Please bear in mind and respect the fact that we email you both a confirmation of order and a second to confirm your order is in 'picking'. At any time during this period you may cancel the order. RETURNING GOODS & REFUNDS Hopefully you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase and will return for more. However should you not be completely satisfied we aim to complete a return/refund in a professional and swift manner with as little complication as possible. The following terms do not affect your statutory rights. We have a policy where we try to ensure you are completely and utterly satisfied each and every time you place an order with us. However we also know we may not get it right every time. If you find you are unhappy with a product when you receive it or if you have simply changed your mind, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt, complete with the despatch note (which you will find either within the parcel or in the case of parcelforce on the outer casing). The goods should be in an unused condition, unopened having taken reasonable care of such item(s) and complete with all original packaging, we will refund you the original price of the order (less postage and packing charges). The refund will be made by the same means as original payment was received and will only be made once we have had a chance to inspect the returned item(s) and are completely satisfied that it has been returned in its original condition. Return postage is your responsibility and is non-refundable. It is also your responsibility to ensure the item will arrive safely (ie registered post etc). Under the Distance Selling Regulations set by the Office of Fair Trading, certain items, products and services are exempt from this returns policy. This includes food/perishable items, any personalised products or products made to order. These items are excluded from being returnedfor a refund unless faulty. Any product not eligible for arefund under these terms are clearly noted within the appropriate product information pages. This does not affect your statutory rights.
FAULTY PRODUCTS Whilst we try our utmost to ensure that the products we supply are of the best quality and we use the best packaging for these products to ensure they reach you in the best condition possible.However sometimes damage can occur in transit, defects occur or human error can occur and the wrong product is sent out. Should any of these incidents happen to you, we will send a replacement or full refund (on receipt of returned goods). In these circumstances we will also refund the return postage costs. When returning faulty items, please remember to use registered post and obtain a proof of posting certificate from your post office to assist us in refunding your postal costs. For any incident occuring after the 30 days from delivery date, please email sales@sweetielady.co.uk for more information. This does not affect your statutory rights. how to return faulty or unwanted goods - Contact sales@sweetielady.co.uk or telephone 01303 488587 to inform us of your intention to return the item(s). Please also provide us with the original order number,method of payment and original delivery address, along with the reason for return.You will also be asked the weight of the item you are returning because we will advise you the best possible way to return the item(s).
- A numbered certificate of return will be emailed or sent via post to you to complete and enclose with your return. Please print this off (if emailed) as this will need to be completed with the above details plus a full description for return. We would suggest you keep a copy for future reference.
- We require the item(s) to be returned via a secure method which will require a signature on receipt (ie recorded delivery). If the item(s) deemed too heavy for normal Royal Mail delivery, this should be confirmed in initial email / phone call, then we will arrange for collection by courier.

PRICING Each product listed on sweetielady.co.uk has a price set for weight and postage. Using the drop down menus for larger quantities will automatically adjust the postage price. Whilst we, sweetielady.co.uk, endeavour to ensure that all our prices are correct, errors do occur and we will advise you of any such problem when we receive your order using the details which you have supplied with your order. Also we may find that increases occur between ordering and despatch. In this instance, unlike other websites who will adjust your invoice or ask for more, we will actually honour the original purchase and not reinvoice or request further payment. Delivery costs are automatically quoted before you make payment and if you have any questions regarding this you should contact us BEFORE you complete checkout. These delivery costs have been calculated on weight and address to which the consigment is be delivered. A member of staff at sweetielady will contact you via email if checkout is not completed or if you leave an abandoned cart, this is to ensure we have given you the best service we can and address any problems you may have. By placing your contact details as a customer you are agreeing to us contacting you on this basis. Prices quoted on Sweetielady.co.uk are in POUNDS STERLING, any payments made to or refunded may be subject to conversion charges by the operator of the means of payment, sweetielady.co.uk cannot and will not be heldresponsible for any such charges incurred by the customer.
For Overseas customers - the way the system is set it should automatically convert to your own currency. Should you have any problems please feel free to contact on at sales@sweetielady.co.uk ANY TAXES, IMPORT DUTIES ETC ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND BY COMPLETING YOUR ORDER YOU ARE AGREEING TO SUCH. PAYMENT Payment is due at time of order and no goods will be sent until payment in full is received. You can pay for your order by credit or debit card via our secure online payment centre and the details will be encrypted for added security. UK buyers can also send a postal payment in the form of postal order or personal cheque. Please do not send cash in the post.
If paying by personal cheque please write your name, address, cheque guarantee number, guarantee amount and order number on reverse of the cheque. For postal order payments please note that crossed postal orders will need to be bank processed before despatch of goods. Purchases made outside of the UK can only be made via paypal or nochex DISCOUNT CODES / GIFT VOUCHERS Any discount code/voucher code must be redeemed at time of purchase and these are only redeemable on www.sweetielady.co.uk. AVAILABILITY / DISCONTINUED LINES At sweetielady we strive to be able to have all products available at all times. However, as is the nature of the retail business, sometimes products do change or become discontinued. In the event of this happening after you have placed your order but prior to despatch, we will contact you to offer you an alternative. Should we be aware of forthcoming discontinued items they will be noted as such on sweetielady.co.uk and may be offered at a discounted price (at our descretion and we reserve the right to restrict sales of such items). We ship worldwide but please be aware that items shipped to USA and Canada have restricted insurance coverage, if you live in either of these countries, please contact us for details. Should you proceed with your order without contacting us first, you waive any entitlement to any insurance claims. All orders under 2kg for UK mainland are sent using Royal Mail 1st class post - although Royal Mail usually manage to deliver within a couple of days they do state to allow up to 7 working days for delivery (not including date of posting, weekends and bank holidays). Also they state that an item of post is not classed as lost until the 15th day. All orders over 2kg to 31kg for UK Mainland are sent via Parcelforce and delivery should be made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. As such these will require a signature on delivery, please ensure that there is a responsible person available to take delivery, if you know you will not be available to take delivery, please ensure you notify us at time of oredring. Should you require a tracking number, please request this at time of ordering. Should you experience any problems with your delivery please contact us using the details on our FAQ page. If your item(s) have not arrived within the specified time scale as listed above, please contact us using the details on our FAQ page and we will endeavour to trace the location of your parcel. However we respectfully request that you make due consideration at time of ordering for the delivery times specified and should you require the item(s) before the delivery time specified that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative delivery. We cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss or disappointment for any parcel not being delivered in time if specific instructions have not been previously notified and agreed.
