We try to send all orders out within 24 hours of payment, we send all items under 2kg with royal mail, all orders over 2kg with a courier which can take up to 5 working days.

 

Should your parcel not arrive within the specified time, we respectfully request that you VISIT your local sorting office as we find that 90% of missing consignments are located here, due to the increasing number of times that the local delivery postman does not leave a card if you are out when they call. All parcels are sent with a return address. Once we have your written confirmation that the parcel is NOT at the sorting office we will despatch a replacement. However should the original parcel be returned to us as 'NOT CALLED FOR' or 'NOT COLLECTED', you will be billed for the second parcel, along with an admin fee and restocking fee (current rates - admin fee £5.00, restocking fee £1.00 per 100g of goods or part thereof).
